This does work if you supplement it in to a regular workout routine you will see a difference. Like all workout programs diet and patients is key. these workouts aren’t for people looking for a quick fix, and if that is what you’re looking for go stick a finger down you throat and you will get instant results.
this stuff works. im 17 and was 90 kgs 6 months ago.Now im 74. and ripped.
Start by planing a health and intelligent diet,
Fatloss workout and some muscle pumping.
Ps: try eating food that fills your Stomach but doesnt have that much calories.(Bread,)
So this is a 4 minute circuit routine to target fat loss, I would have liked to see the demonstrator do a complete 4 minutes of exercises to see how someone in shape responds to this type of workout…….those box jumps looked like it wore him out and he didn’t even do 30 seconds….good tips though thanks

No. You can’t spot train. Focus on eating right, cutting down portion sizes, and throwing in more cardio. Obviously, strength training as well.
