If you were serious about helping people, you would be recommending a low fat vegan diet. Look into the many vegan sports athletes such as Carl Lewis and Dave Scott (six-time Ironman world champion) who put their extraordinary performance down to their vegan diet.
I was watching right up to the point where you recommended lean meats, after which I couldn’t trust a word you said so stopped watching. Yes lean meats may be lower in fat but still have high cholesterol which cause heart disease (No.1 killer in the US), cancer, diabetes etc.
hey any chance of a menu i could eat day in day out wich will fulfill what i ned to take in caolries wise.. nutrition for me isso hard to work out and understand…
i bulk up alot training but really want to shred alot more..
Also, do you honestly think paleo man trimmed the fat off his meat. Do you think he only ate the white of the egg and not the yolk? Did someone tell him saturated fat was bad? Animal fat is not only okay to eat, it is essential to health, and animal/saturated fat is precisely what inhibits the secretion of insulin in the body and hence allows the fat cells to release fat for energy. It is also what provides the most satiety, which stops you from overeating and makes 5-6 meals unnecessary.
I seriously doubt prehistoric man ate 5-6 times per day. In fact, more than likely he ate a huge meal after hunting and then didn’t eat for maybe a day or two. Hunting did require some fast running, walking, climbing, throwing, but it would not have been logical for man to have wasted unnecessary energy. After hunting he likely lay around or played games. People who like exercise tend to project that kind of activity onto Paleo man, but it makes no sense.
@BooTross90 if u just do the things this guy said on the video then u won’t lose any more fat than ur supposed to have. the only way u could lose more fat than u need is if u starved urself so thats not really something to worry about
@ipod343934 first. you dont get metabolism, you always have it. but the rate depends on diet, and if you consume more calories than you burn, then your metabolism will have to deal with the extra, with fat.
