thank you so much for spending time to reply on me. i sure will take your advice.. hope everyone on youtube would subscribe to your channel since you are so nice. Ü
Nutrition is an essential part when gaining muscles – eat 5 meals a day and make sure they are protein-rich (beef, poultry, soy, yolk etc…) – which is good for raining immunity too.
There is a good article written about natural steroids (steroids that are found in food) on SteadyHealth (Natural Steroids in Food by Robert Rister).
I assume you want to build muscles… best
is to lift a maximum weight with each and every set. You should be using a rep range within 6-10 reps for all your sets since this will work best with lifting the heavier weight.
After getting used to lifting that weight, start performing very slow weight lifting… for example – doing bicep curls – approximately 5 seconds for going up and 5 seconds for returning to starting position.
I didn’t notice this before LOL Anyway, people do use use ankle weights on wrists, so this is not a crucial moment
This is an advanced exercise and if you find it to be too hard, perform without weights.
It says you need ankle weights but I only see wrist weights. Am I supposed to use ankle weights on my wrists?? LOL That may be detrimental to the idea but OK!
Carlo If you are guy don’t over do exercise that make your waist thicker. Focus on building your shoulders and pecs. They will make you look musular and bigger. For strong obliques use few heavy reps; they won’t make you waist that thick. If you still want to get your waist bigger you can do even 12 repsetitions per set. Don’t train oblique next day in that case.

In the answer above I meant to say protein rich nutrition is good for raiSing (boosting) immune system (not raining immune system
) it was just a typo
