hmm, interesting i might give it a shot as I have 4-packs but the lower one is barely seen due to a little fat that lingers there. Got to blame the diet for it
its not just abs its small meals often positive mind set its goal setting social support if hes talking about himself i think he forgot to mention steroids
@riz0980 start by doing some easier abdominal exercise such as basic crunches and by the time your abs get stronger and you can do harder exercises, but it takes a little time…
