what are the muscles on the side of your abdomen just above the hip called? the part where people get love handles, i dont know the name of them so cant find any workouts or them, help would be appreciated
@0yewbow0 Are you fat? Just a question because if someone is a bit fat, their back is not at a correct posision.. That happend to me too .. thats mabye why your back hurts
Wow thanks. This helped me to get back my six pack that I lost at the winter (I hate winter sport so I stay inside and gaming and eating lots of fat) Now as the summer begun I was thinking to lose my fat again)
@0yewbow0 i had that problem ages ago this is what i did.
Get Dumbells, ones that u can lift up to do all exercises.
Practise This Exercise. Preferably every day for easy development.
“ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE!”
If ur too lazy to do this, then just learn how to do the kip up, it really works your back. the problem uv got is that either u havent warmed up or your back or it isnt strong enough for too many of these yet. i had the same problem. good luck!
@0yewbow0 try to do planks, highly recomended and if you want to know why just google it… for your back I’d do some bird dogs and some supermans along with the planks. You’ll feel great in no time

just bend to the side and flex abs at same time dont use your back it is not a back workout it is a abdominal.

if ur back hurts it means ur abs are stronger than your lower back creating an imbalance. Start training your back in particular your lower back.
